The difficulty of accessing a crawl space, some unscrupulous contractors have been known to use scare tactics, such as trying to convince a homeowner repairs need to be made immediately, to trick homeowners into purchasing unnecessary services. The rover spotted a PVC pipe under the kitchen floor in a craw space. The pipe carries a main electrical power line to the house's electrical box. The finding provided a safety to contractors during a drilling from the above floor.

Can you see a leak?

The rover helped a home inspector to spot a sign of pipe leaking in a crawl space before buying a house. Not many home inspectors or home buyers would crawl into any crawl space to do a full inspection. The rover gives another option to new home owners and city inspectors to do this type of works.
